Deputies Arrest Man Accused of Raping 1 month old

the world has gone mad.  what depravity is left?  raping a 1 month old baby????   According to the Office of the Medical Investigator, the infant's injuries included brain bleed, a bite mark on her cheek, a lacerated liver, and anal and vaginal tearing.
